Bio: As a student on FRC195, Bailey fell in love with seeing out the strategic design process to create a competitive robot. Now, as a College Student, he mentors FRC125 as a mechanical and strategy mentor, helping to oversee the first 2 weeks of build season, the design phase, as well as competition strategy. His strengths involve brainstorming, prototyping and strategic design and competitive match strategy.
